How can I make a suggestion, complaint or claim?
You can use this website. In the Citizen’s Attention Service section you will find the tools you need to make your suggestions. If you prefer to do it in writing or by telephone, this section also provides details on the address and telephone number.
How can I recover property lost on the tram or at the stops?
Any belongings found on the trams or at the stations will be taken to the Citizen’s Information Office where, on the following day, you may enquire in person or telephone (902 193 275). The lost property can be recovered by presenting any official ID document, such as an ID card, passport or others.
Can I take my bicycle on the tram?
Yes. In order to promote public transport in the city, it is important that different modes of transport can be used simultaneously in a harmonious and respectful way.
Can I take my dog on the tram?
No pets or other animals, except guide dogs, are allowed on the transport system unless they are in a suitable container.
Can people with impaired mobility use the tram?
Yes. This new form of public transport has been designed bearing in mind people who, for whatever reason, have a physical handicap, so that they too may enjoy a quality public transport. For this reason, accessibility is total and at street level.
Does the tram belong to the ATM integrated fare system?
Yes. Both tram networks are integrated into Zone 1 Metropolitan Transport Authority fare system network. Therefore, the integrated transport travelcards are valid for use in this zone.
Can I use the T-Rosa card?
Yes. The T4 and T-Rosa Metropolitana travelcards, as well as the T-Pensionista and Passi Pensionista (pensioners card and pass) of the FGC (Catalan Railway System), are valid on the TRAM. To apply for these cards or for further information contact: * T4 and T-Rosa Metropolitana, the nearest Citizens Attention Office or call 900 70 00 77. * FGC pensioners card and pass: any Customer Service Centre of the FGC or by calling 932 051 515.
Can I change lines using the same ticket?
Yes. It is possible to make several changes between lines T1, T2 and T3 from the Trambaix Llobregat o between T4, T5 and T6 from the Trambesòs within a period of 30 minutes from the first validation of a single ticket. For other travelcards, the maximum period is 1 hour 15 minutes.
How much does a single ticket cost?
The fare is 1.40 Euros.
Which travelcard is most economical?
It depends on the number of journeys you make in one month.
Less than 40 journeys per month >> T-10 travelcard
Between 40 and 80 journeys per month >> T-50 or T-30 travelcards
More than 80 journeys per month >> T-Mes travelcard
